Sweet Princess SingAlongs performs at parties in and around Chester County, PA.


Pricing varies depending on the package that you choose.  Please click on Party Packages for more information.



Length of singing time depends on the package that you choose:



The Diamond package consists of approximately 20 minutes of SingAlong music with the remainder of the time split among story time, princess prizes, birthday song and a photo opportunity. 

 

The Ruby package consists of approximately 15 minutes of singing, with the remainder of time split between princess prizes and a photo opportunity.

 

The Emerald packing consists of approximately 10 minutes of SingAlong music and 5 minutes of picture time. 



Yes, I have equipment that can suit either a small group or a larger group.  It is important to tell me the setting and size of your party so that I can bring the appropriate type of equipment.



I sing a variety of songs made popular by princess movies.
 


I will do everything I can to accommodate the song choices that you make.



As a single performer, I am only able to perform as one character per party.



I will try my best to maintain a consistent image with the photos representing my characters on the website.  Characters are subject to change based on minor factors such as wigs, shade of hair, makeup, etc. but these minor changes will not compromise the quality of the character or the Sweet Princess SingAlongs experience. You are hiring the same actress you see in the photos on my website.



It is preferred that you hold your party indoors due to the potential for inclement weather and heat.  Our costumes are heavy and can stain easily in grass or mud,  therefore a carpet and controlled temperature are best.



We will travel a total of 20 miles for your event without travel fees. A travel fee of $0.50 for every mile traveled over 20 miles will be added to the final balance as measured through MapQuest. Travel fees are based on round trip mileage.

Example:

Miles from my location to sample client's party venue (one-way): 30 miles

Round trip mileage: 60 miles

Subtract 20 miles free of charge: 40 miles

40 miles x $0.50 per mile = $20 Travel Fee



A non-refundable 50% deposit is due two weeks prior to your scheduled party.  This can be in the form of cash, check or money order.  A check or money order can be mailed to me.  The remainder of your payment can be made either on the day of your event or can be mailed to me prior to the event.



Packages are based on a guest count of no more than 15 guests (children.)  If you decide to invite more than 15 children, an additional charge of $3 per child over the limit may apply based on the party package you choose.



I will gladly work with you to reschedule your SingAlong experience if you must cancel.  Please contact me at least 24 hours before the event to reschedule if possible.  Your party must be rescheduled for a date within 60 days of the original party date and all details (package, character) must remain the same unless you would like to upgrade your package. I understand that last minute changes can occur and it is my priority to keep your child happy by trying to accommodate your needs in this situation. 

If you must cancel entirely you are not responsible for the remainder of the payment, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable.  Why is this non-refundable? As soon as you reserve your date we turn down other party requests for the same date and time and use your deposit as insurance that the time slot will be filled.



I have current FBI Criminal clearances, Pennsylvania Criminal Background clearances, Child Abuse History clearances, and TB test clearances.

Typically, I will come with an assistant but they will not play a primary role in the experience. The assistant may be female or male depending on availability.



Yes, the assistant is included in the cost of the party.



The essence of Sweet Princess SingAlongs is music and does not include makeovers or dress-up.  I strongly encourage you to invite your party guests to dress up in their favorite princess dresses to create a royal and festive environment!

This is a chance for your child and their guests to have their picture taken with the princess!  Please remember to bring your own camera for this and remind your guests as well!



As the children gather around, the princess will tell a story using a big, beautiful book of pictures. 



The princess will hand out little treasures to the party guests. If you are planning to invite boys to the party, please make me aware at the time of booking so that I can bring a suitable Princess Prize for them too! Children age 2 and under will be provided with an age appropriate prize.



Of course! Sometimes little party guests can be nervous when meeting a princess for the first time, so there is nothing wrong with a little encouragement from their parents to let them know it’s okay to participate in the SingAlong experience. Please remember, Sweet Princess SingAlongs is not a childcare service. We require that adult supervision be present during all party functions.
